2. Ordering process

To place an order: select products, add them to your cart, enter shipping details, accept these terms, and submit your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you finalize your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; the price at order confirmation applies.

4. Payment

The only accepted payment method is pay on delivery (cash on delivery). You pay when you receive your order at the delivery address, in cash or by card to the carrier if supported. No online charge is made at checkout.

5. Shipping

6. Returns

Eligible US orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error. See Returns for full details.

7. Defective products

If you receive a defective item, contact support@skiphire.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no additional cost.

9. Dispute resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue. These terms are governed by Texas law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable US consumer protection laws.
