Shipping zones
We ship to the contiguous United States (all 48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may be available at checkout with adjusted rates and delivery times.
Estimated delivery times
- US Standard: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Order processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Order preparation
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically prepared the same business day. You will receive a tracking email once your package ships from our Austin fulfillment partner.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible items. To start a return:
- Email support@skiphire.com with your order number.
- Return the item unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- After inspection, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
